Working with Mrs Aitken year 6 created Egyptian Canopic jars. These were used to store the internal organs before a person was mummified.

Today, was our last table tennis lesson and it culminated in a competition; who could make the most returns across the table. There was tension in the air as the boys went first. 12 children from year 6 have been taking part in the Chesil Schools Orienteering competition. Over 3 weeks they have practised their orienteering skills against 4 other schools, culminating in the final at Nothe Gardens. After a very close competition Southill won their first orienteering championship. All the team performed brilliantly, with a special mention more »
