Sew beautiful!

Year 4 have been really resilient and have finished their amazing Tudor Roses.  The stitching in the creations you can see are the children’s own work, a result of concentration and dedication to perfection.  Well done Year 4, it was a pleasure to complete this project with you all.

Ryan was so proud of his. We shall be taking it with us to our annual reenactment at Bosworth battlefield in August. This is where Richard III was slain and the Tudor Dynasty started. We participate as the Fauconberg Household throughout the weekend as a ‘living history’. Well done everyone. They look fantastic. (A York! A York! – because we are on Richards side!) xx

I really enjoyed making these roses! I would like to do something similar to do with sewing. Wills

I think my Tudor Rose looks amazing!!!! I am very proud of it!!! I have now officially decided it is going to be my very own home-sewn Christmas tree decoration!!!! Now that I have finally learnt how to sew I can use my sewing present I got for Christmas!! I can also teach the rest of my family how to sew!!!
