Year 2, I hope, had a wonderful afternoon with Andrea, Mrs Wallis and Sarah in year 3 this afternoon.  The children created bookmarks, peg labels and tray labels while talking to the new adults that they’ll have next year.  There were lots of very good questions that I was able to answer, but there are some that will have to wait a short while as timetables and logistics within the school are finalised.
As the children will be moving to the top playground for playtimes next year, we visited and each child had a turn on the climbing frame and equipment and some played four square.  It was a very beautiful sunny afternoon and very hot, so we made sure the children had a lot to drink while we were outside.

In the Autumn term we will be visiting Stonehenge (dates to be confirmed and details coming soon.). On December 3rd to 5th we will be going on a 2 night 3 day residential to Leeson House! It is a fantastic trip with lots of fun activities! Again, details will be out before the end of the term so preparations can be made during the summer holidays.
