We will not be setting spellings or times tables over the Christmas break, however please feel free to revise the spellings/tables set so far. You can find all of them on our Year Three page.

Instead, we ask that you ensure your child reads as much as possible over the two week break. A mixture of their school book and any books at home (perhaps books that Father Christmas brings) would be fantastic.

Please records all reading inside their ‘Reading Record Book’. We will be checking on the first day back to see what fantastic books the children have been reading over the festive period.

Finally, I would like to wish every family in Year Three a very happy Christmas! Thank you for all of your hard work and support. 🙂
