Reading
It is still important to read at home. 10 – 15 minutes each day will continue to make a big difference to your child’s reading. If you would like to swap your books please email Mrs Woods who will arrange this for you.

Maths – fractions
Follow the link below to some fraction challenge cards. Do not worry if you are unable to print them off, you can read the questions together and draw the objects where necesary. You do not need to complete them all, just work though some of them together and see how you get on. Encourage your child to explain their reasoning, how do they know? Focus on the key vocabualry of ‘equal parts’
