Celebration Assembly and FOSS Spring Trail

Woohoo! It’s the last day of term. We have all been working very hard and are in need of a rest. But before breaking up today, we had a fantastic last day of term.

Unusually, we had our Celebration Assembly in the morning. It was jam packed with achievements, birthdays, sports news and of course our Stormbreakers and Star Learners. We even had an awesome live performance from our very own Rock Band! They were incredible! I feel very lucky to be part of such a brilliant school full of talented and hardworking children (and staff of course!) Well done everyone.

Luckily, the rain had cleared up after lunch and classes headed out to participate in FOSS’ Spring Trail. Our fabulous FOSS volunteers had set up a spring themed scavenger hunt. Children had to find the bunnies who were each holding a letter clue. Unscramble the letters to win a prize. It was eggcellent fun. Thank you so much to FOSS for organising this lovely event for us.

Well, that’s it from me. I hope you all have a relaxing spring break and I look forward to seeing you back for more good stuff in the summer term. The year is flying by!
