Wow! What an amazing adventure we had today when we visited Vurlands Farm Park. I must start by thanking all of the adults who came along – Mrs Kench, Mrs Walkinshaw, Lucy, Ezra’s Mum, Parker’s Mum, Jacob’s Mum and Lamara’s Mum. We were such a great team.

When we arrived we all received a bag of animal feed to take with us on our adventure. We spent just over an hour meeting some amazing animals – rabbits, guinea pigs, goats, meerkats, donkeys, pigs, chickens, birds and so many more! We were very brave feeding them too. The goats were very cheeky trying to eat our bags of food! The pig had some beautiful piglets with her.

After our exploring, we washed hands ready for lunch. Then we set of to the enchanted wood which lead us to the outdoor play area. We had great fun on the slides, swings and pirate ship! Some of the adults had far too much fun!

We finished the day with a drink and rest break, followed by some time to explore the soft play in the barn.

Well done everyone – you were all superstars today. You should all sleep well.
