What a Fantastic Leavers’ Assembly!
What an incredible afternoon we had celebrating our Year 6 leavers! A huge thank you to all of our Year 6 pupils for putting on such a memorable assembly — your reflections and stories about your time at Southill were heartfelt, funny and truly moving. It was a joy to look back on all the special moments you’ve shared during your journey through primary school.
Your singing was absolutely beautiful and full of emotion. A special mention goes to our talented Rock Band, whose performance of Teenage Dirtbag was nothing short of phenomenal — confident, energetic, and unforgettable!
We would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the parents, grandparents, carers and family members who came along to watch and support our leavers. Your presence meant so much to the children, and it was lovely to see so many smiling faces in the audience.
With just one day left of primary school, we are filled with pride as we prepare to say goodbye to this remarkable group of young people. You’ve worked so hard, grown so much, and made a lasting impact on our school community.
We wish each and every one of our Year 6 pupils the very best of luck as you take the next exciting step into secondary school. Embrace every opportunity, stay curious and keep being the amazing and independent individuals you’ve become.
Have a wonderful summer holiday — you deserve it!
