What a great start to our new topic this week. We have enjoyed being ‘Out and About’ and being creative in our surroundings. Here we are creating adventures with small world characters, mark making with chalk, reading books, collecting treasures, counting daisies on our new ten frames, using natural materials to create pictures and models and even playing naughts and crosses.

We have also been exploring numbers beyond ten. Here we are playing a new game where we race to fill our ten frames. We played the game with a partner and used some great mathematical words as we played.
