Fitness Thursday- Skip2BFit


The sun shined on us this morning as many children were brave enough to enter school a little earlier than normal in order to participate in Skip2BFit. It was fantastic seeing some of the younger members of the school learning how to skip for the very first time and also seeing some of our veteran skippers challenge themselves with double jumps, balancing on one foot and crossovers.

We concluded with our 2-minute challenge which requires full concentration, determination and resilience. Skipping for a solid 2-minutes sounds easy but (talking from experience) it is a lot harder than it looks…

Same time next week? I wonder what it will be…
