Year 6’s first taste of the Relax Kids sessions they will be taking part in this half term was a resounding success. In fact so successful was the session on Wednesday afternoon that one or two members of the class had to be woken up at the end of the hour long lesson! Now that’s what I called relaxed!
Each session is led by an expert tutor and is broken up into seven parts: Move, Play, Stretch, Feel, Breathe, Believe and Relax. The children will learn how to boost their energy, develop self-esteem, sharpen their concentration, lower their stress levels, calm their nerves, increase their positive thinking and improve their mental and emotional health. They’ll also have a lot of fun along the way!
