Training to be the next Usian Bolt and Mo Farah !

Athletics …. that’s running, jumping and throwing.

To be the best in the World, you have to train, train and then train some more.

These guys have started their training sessions on our athletics field.

  1. Long distance running: running at a steady pace without stopping for 6 laps.
  2. Sprinting: pumping those arms and legs with your game face on
  3. Throwing: build your upper body strength and throw that ball as far as you can.
  4. Cool down with a team challenge – throwing the ball into the bucket ! Our current record is 18 out of 30.

    Looks like a very active day?! I bet you all slept well? I’m assuming Reed, you got the ball in the bucket; judging by your reaction? 🙂
