Wellbeing Wizards’ Weekly

This week we started off with an impromptu sharing session about things that were causing us worries. It is truly humbling to facilitate these conversations between children as they help each other and make suggestions. They are so kind and thoughtful to each other.

Today’s session was all about positive self-talk – things you can say to yourself to help prevent against negative thoughts. We created positivity shields and wizards each wrote their own positive affirmations on their shield. Thank you wizards, it was a super session. I love Monday lunchtimes!
