To start thinking about Christmas, we have been learning a Christmas poem called ‘Santa is Here’. There were actions to help us remember the words.
In our drawing club we talked about Santa, or Father Christmas, as a character then drew pictures of him in the chimney.
Then we used our knowledge of letters and sounds to write some of the key words from the poem. Have a look at our amazing pictures and our fantastic writing! here are some of our pictures.
It’s starting to get wintry and sparkly in our classroom! Frozen world arrived, as did our winter wonderland and sparkles for making our Christmas tree decorations. You can even have a wintry cup of tea!
