Managing Our Mental Health
This afternoon, Year 6 learnt a little bit more about the importance of managing mental health. We need to look after our minds just as much as we look after our bodies.
It was officially ‘World Mental Health Day’ on Saturday 10th October, therefore to raise awareness and hopefully help others, Year 6 have put together a short film containing some terrific top tips that may help you manage your mental health.
