Year 6 Leavers’ Assembly

Yesterday afternoon, we celebrated the last 7 years of our Year 6 pupils as they took part in their leavers’ assembly. Pupils reflected upon their journey over the last few years, outlining their favourite memories and how they feel Southill has prepared them for their next steps.

The class performed their leavers song brilliantly and I was so impressed with how they each individually shared their memories, reading them so clearly and confidently in front of everyone.

The class are really looking forward to spending their final days at Southill playing rounders, spending time with their buddies,  signing t-shirts and making a few more memories!

I would also like to say a big thank you to Mrs Symonds for the amazing leavers’ video (which I am sure we will be re-watching over the next few days!) and to Mr Frampton for capturing some lovely photos.  You can find find the video and photos attached below.
