Gotta Catch This Club Every Week

Breaktime will never be the same again. Today marked the official debut of Pokémon Club and it was nothing short of super effective. Trainers from Years 3 to 6 made their way to the Year 5 classroom, ready to battle, trade and share their love for all things Pokémon.

The room quickly filled with excitement as cards were carefully placed, admired and discussed like rare finds in a Pokédex. Some trainers focused on making fair trades, weighing up their options like seasoned Gym Leaders. Others were deep in conversation about their favourite Pokémon or their proudest card pull, with stories that could rival any journey through Kanto.

One of the biggest moments of the session came thanks to the generosity of Boss Miniatures, who gifted us two battle decks. Featuring none other than Pikachu and the mighty Charizard! We cannot wait to use the battle decks!

While there were no Elite Four battles just yet, the club was full of laughter, creativity and teamwork. Some trainers even explored arts and crafts, bringing their favourite Pokémon to life in their own unique style.

If there was one downside, it was that breaktime ended far too quickly. There were groans louder than a Snorlax waking up as everyone realised the session was over. Still, spirits remained high, with everyone already looking forward to next week’s adventure.

Pokémon Club has officially begun and it is already shaping up to be a legendary journey. Trainers, get ready. This is just the beginning.

Same time next week?
