Our Special Surprise 2%er Assembly!
What an incredible assembly we had at Southill Primary!
With tomorrow marking the last day of term, we decided to surprise our wonderful pupils with an extra-special 2%er celebration assembly today – and what a celebration it was!
Our 2%er awards celebrate those pupils who consistently go that extra mile – the ones who show kindness when no one's watching, who persevere when things get tough, and who make Southill the wonderful place it is.
A Week to Celebrate
Today's assembly was a chance to reflect on another wonderful week at Southill, but also to look back at all the amazing achievements throughout the term. We celebrated pupils selected for so many different reasons:
- Acts of kindness and friendship
- Outstanding effort and perseverance
- Being brilliant role models
- Showing our school values every single day
- Going above and beyond in their learning
- Supporting others and being team players
The 2%er Spirit
What makes our 2%ers so special? It's that extra 2% effort that makes a 100% difference! These are the children who:
- Hold the door open for others
- Include everyone in their games
- Keep trying even when learning is challenging
- Show respect and consideration at all times
- Bring positivity and enthusiasm to everything they do
A Perfect End to the Term
Seeing so many happy faces and proud children receiving recognition was the perfect way to round off what has been another fantastic term at Southill. Every child celebrated today truly embodies what it means to be part of our school community.
