The Bear and the Piano

We had a very special visitor yesterday in school.

Some mysterious posters appeared in our classroom advertising a Music Concert. Then, some flowers and bow tie were found  - weird!

We heard the tinkling of the piano coming from the hall so tiptoed in to listen.

Then we realised that we'd seen a book about a bear and a piano in the library. We think they might well be linked!

We read a little of the book and then produced some brilliant writing today, based on giving the bear advice. One of our class lost her book bag today, so we did wonder if the bear might have run off with it!...
