Celebrating Our Stars at Southill Primary
What a fantastic week we've had at Southill Primary! Our celebration assembly was a wonderful opportunity to recognise the amazing achievements of our pupils and celebrate all the brilliant learning that's been taking place across the school.
Writer of the Week
This week, we celebrated our talented Writers of the Week who have shown exceptional effort and creativity in their writing. It's been wonderful to see the progress our children are making and the pride they take in their work. Their dedication to improving their writing skills and expressing their ideas clearly has been truly impressive.

Stormbreaker: Hope & Optimism
Our Stormbreaker focus this week has been Hope & Optimism, and we've been delighted to recognise those children who have embodied these important values. Our Stormbreaker Champions have shown a positive outlook, encouraged their peers, and demonstrated resilience in their learning. They've reminded us all of the power of maintaining a hopeful and optimistic attitude, even when things feel challenging.

Celebrating Wonderful Learning
Throughout the week, we've seen outstanding learning happening in every classroom. From exciting literacy work to creative problem-solving in maths, and engaging work across the curriculum – our children have thrown themselves into their learning with enthusiasm and determination. It's been a joy to share examples of their work and celebrate their achievements together.
These celebration assemblies are such an important part of our school week, giving us the chance to come together as a community and recognise the hard work, positive attitudes, and wonderful achievements of our Southill pupils.
Have a wonderful weekend!
