First two days in Year 5!
What an amazing first two days we have had in Year 5! The children have settled in brilliantly and have already impressed us with how quickly they have adapted to new routines and expectations. It has been wonderful to see them arriving prepared, ready to learn and enthusiastic about the year ahead.
We have spent some time talking about what will be different in Year 5 and what we can look forward to as the year progresses. The children have approached these changes with such a positive attitude and have made a fantastic start!
We have also launched our first Science topic – Earth and Space! 🌍🚀🪐 The children particularly enjoyed a very catchy rap all about the planets and have already picked up lots of fascinating facts. We’re sure that, if you ask them at home, they will be more than happy to share some of their new knowledge with you!
