Library Visit and Autumnal craft

Reception Class - A Busy and Exciting Week!
Reception had a fantastic week full of learning and fun! The children went on their very first school trip to Weymouth Library and there was so much excitement on the coach. During the visit, they explored the world of books, learning all about different types — including fiction, non-fiction, board books, and chapter books. They even played games to help them identify and sort the different kinds!

Back at school, the class had great fun singing Big Red Combine Harvester — a definite favourite! To round off the week, we welcomed parents into the classroom to celebrate autumn. Together, they created beautiful autumnal acorn crafts, making for a warm and memorable end to a busy week.
