Practical maths magic! Subtracting and exchanging.

This week the children have been doing a lot of practical maths involving adding and subtracting across a 10 and a 100.  The children have had to either exchange a 10 stick for 10 ones or a hundred for ten 10 sticks, which can be challenging as there are lots of steps to remember!  The children have progressed really well and I am really proud of their teamwork and focus.
