🌟 What a Fantastic Start to Reception! 🌟

A very warm welcome to all of our new Reception children! We have had an absolutely fantastic first two days and are so proud of how confidently and happily the children have settled into school life.

There have been lots of opportunities to explore, play, make new friends and get to know their new surroundings. The children have been busy learning through play, with plenty of smiles, laughter and exciting discoveries along the way.

One of the highlights has been meeting their Year 6 buddies. The children enjoyed spending time together, getting to know one another and sharing lots of fun activities. It has been wonderful to see our older pupils being such kind, caring and helpful role models for our youngest children. 💕

Our Reception children have also been busy exploring our outdoor areas. They have enjoyed zooming around on the bikes and trikes, having fun on the slides and climbing frames, and getting stuck into some exciting water play. Inside, there has been plenty of colouring, exploring and sharing books together.

It has been lovely to see the children already becoming more confident, making friends and showing such enthusiasm for their new school experiences. Every day has brought new adventures, and we can't wait to see what the rest of the year has in store!
