What a Splash-tastic Finale! 💦🎈

Phew, what a way to finish the year at Pop and Play Sports Club! We decided to go out with a bang... literally... with a huge water balloon battle!

The weather couldn't have been more perfect. The sunshine was out, everyone was excited and we were more than ready to cool off. It took a little while to get all the water balloons filled (a huge thank you to all of our amazing helpers!), but that didn't stop the fun. While we waited, we kept ourselves entertained with cups of water, helping everyone get used to the chilly temperature before the real battle began.

Once the balloons were finally ready, the fun really started. And wow... water balloons are deadly! They were flying everywhere and nobody was safe (not even Mrs Howe or Shelley!). I made the mistake of not bringing a towel or a change of clothes because I honestly didn't think I'd get that wet. How wrong I was! I think I actually ended up being the wettest person there! 😂

As if the water balloons weren't enough, we got the hose out too and gave everyone an extra soaking. There was lots of laughter, plenty of running around and smiles all afternoon. It was the perfect way to celebrate the end of another fantastic term at Pop and Play Sports Club.

A huge thank you to all of the children who have attended Pop and Play this term and to the parents and helpers who continue to support us. We hope you've all had as much fun as we have.
