Year 5 Maths – Super Squares, Clever Cubes and Multiplying by 10! 🌟

We have thoroughly enjoyed our maths learning this week in Year 5! We have been exploring square numbers, cube numbers and multiplying by 10, developing our mathematical understanding through a range of practical activities and challenges.

The children have been absolutely exceptional, showing fantastic enthusiasm, determination and teamwork throughout the week. I have been particularly impressed by their ability to work collaboratively, share their ideas and make excellent use of the resources available to them to support their learning.

It has been wonderful to see their confidence grow as they tackle new challenges, explain their reasoning and support one another. I am incredibly proud of their positive attitudes and the fantastic effort they have put into their learning.
