e-Safety

Technology in the 21st Century is seen as an essential resource to support learning and teaching, as well as playing an important role in the everyday lives of children, young people and adults. Consequently, Southill School builds in the use of these technologies in order to equip our pupils with the early skills necessary to access life-long learning and employment.

As a term, ‘Technology’ covers a wide range of resources including web-based and mobile learning. It is important to recognise the constant and fast paced evolution of what we mean by technology and its use within our society as a whole.

The school’s policy on eSafety is available for parents here.
